Head Climbing Coach - Youth Teams, Classes & Camps!

About the Role
Our Head Climbing Coach position will focus on progression, safety, and athlete development. You will lead and grow our youth programs, climbing teams, classes, and camps.
This is a hands-on leadership role—you’ll coach athletes, design structured programs, and build a strong coaching culture.

Now is the best time to skill up for that outdoor climbing trip you’re taking this spring or summer! Take one of our classes or clinics and have time to practice and perfect what you’ve learned in the gym before taking those skills outside on the wall!
Sign up for one of our Intro to Belay classes and be able to give your friends a belay on some routes. Or better yet, take our Lead Climbing class and impress your friends by setting up the route for them!
