Stoneworks Climbing Gym

Great Climbing. Great People. Since 1993.

IMPORTANT GYM UPDATE

Stoneworks is welcoming a new family ownership to take over the ropes!

The Manikas family, led by Matt Manikas, a climber and member of the Stoneworks community, is honored for this opportunity to begin a new chapter with a simple focus: Keep everything our community loves about Stoneworks while making thoughtful improvements to the gym over time.

Whether you’re a longtime member or brand new to climbing, we invite you to come check out what’s ahead and be part of what’s next.

Get skilled up for the upcoming outdoor season, NOW!

Now is the best time to skill up for that outdoor climbing trip you’re taking this spring or summer! Take one of our classes or clinics and have time to practice and perfect what you’ve learned in the gym before taking those skills outside on the wall!

Sign up for one of our Intro to Belay classes and be able to give your friends a belay on some routes. Or better yet, take our Lead Climbing class and impress your friends by setting up the route for them!

See our LESSONS page for more details!

$550.00

We understand that younger children have a limited ability to focus for long periods of time so we have 90 min practices instead of the 2 hour practices the older kids have. We break up the practice by introducing fun, game-like exercises and stretching and we turn learning technique on the wall into fun “competitions” and games on the wall. Your climber will learn the fundamentals of climbing which include basic technique, terminology, climbing etiquette and safety and at the same time they will be building confidence and overcome their fears, all while having fun!

We will not follow the traditional climbing schedule set by USA Climbing where they separate bouldering and rope climbing by season. We will be incorporating both bouldering and climbing throughout the fall season. We encourage parent participation by volunteering to belay and spot children on bouldering routes during practices.
