Join us on Halloween for Boulder Joust 45 as we celebrate the next chapter of Stoneworks Climbing Gym, a community rock climbing landmark. Connect with old and new friends while exploring our expanded routes, upgraded fitness equipment, enhanced safety features, and better climbing experience. Enjoy complimentary refreshments and Halloween special effects provided by ChumFX. Costumes are highly encouraged!

Limited edition commemorative event shirt can be pre-ordered from the Store.

We recommend pre-buying your punchcard from the Store before the event to avoid waiting in line.

All climbers must have a current liability waiver on file before they can participate in the Joust.

Climbing Team Registration is OPEN!

All climbers ages 8-14 are welcome to join the climbing team. Our focus is helping young climbers to improve their climbing skills, learn how to safely challenge themselves, and make new friends in a fun environment.

Team practice is on Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30pm - 7:30pm

Please call the gym at 503-644-3517 if you have any questions or to register your climber and pay the team fee and membership fee.

All team members must have a liability waiver on file before they can participate in climbing.


BIRTHDAY PARTIES

Stoneworks can’t be beat when it comes to the coolest place to have a birthday party!  Whether your birthday cake has 4 or 84 candles, it’s sure to be a favorite for your group! The Star of the birthday party helps demonstrate during our instruction and gets first pick of where they want to climb. They get the celebratory first ascent while friends/family and staff sign Happy Birthday to them.

We also have a small party room upstairs that you can use to gather for the festivities. The room includes table & chairs, sink, microwave and trash can. Restrooms are available down the hall. The room is available from 12:30pm-1:30pm for morning parties and from 6pm-7pm for evening parties.

  • Events can be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday mornings from 11:00am– 12:30pm or in the evenings from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. 

  • All climbing gear and 2 staff members to belay are included in the price as well as the private use of the gym.

  • IMPORTANT! ALL guests who have never climbed with us before must have their PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN complete a liability waiver PRIOR to the event in order to participate.

  • Socks are REQUIRED for rental shoes and climbing shoes are also required. No bare feet or street shoes allowed on the walls.

  • A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due at the time of booking.

  • We do not supply decorations or food. GUESTS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEAN-UP OF THE ROOM WHEN DONE. A $50 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file if the group does not comply with this rule.

Team Building/COMPANY Events

Stoneworks offers the best team building opportunities and group events around.  Whether it’s a company outing, school activity, a scout group, or church groups, come visit us for an excellent experience you won’t forget.

  • Events can be scheduled on Saturday or Sunday mornings from 11:00am– 12:30pm or in the evenings from 7:00pm – 8:30pm. 

  • Need a weekday event during the day? With 30 day notice, Stoneworks can also do custom events on weekdays before hours. Different pricing may apply, depending on the length of your event and number of attendees.

  • All climbing gear and 2 staff members to belay are included in the price as well as the private use of the gym.
